Description A Series of Unfortunate Events
The Enevitable Ending
Part 6

After changing into a fancy dress and moving Beatrice Snicket into her new room, Violet Baudelaire went downstairs to meet Olaf and the two salesmen that were selling the beach houses. They were very young men, probably younger then Violet.

Anyway, one man took out a brochure and handed it to Violet. Was it just her, or was there something familiar about him?

"Hello, I'm Monty Smith and this is Ike Jones. We work for a company that sells beach houses to the wealthy. Your name's have came up, and we were wondering if you would be interested in buying some Beach Houses. The houses are located on Briny Beach and Lake Lachromose They're both good vacation spots."

"What was your names again?" Violet asked.

"Monty Smith and Ike Jones."

"Sorry, it's just, you look familiar somehow."

"You may have seen us walking around town, selling houses to the wealthy," said Ike Jones. "Now will you two at least consider buying a beach house?" Olaf took one look at Violet and saw she was ready to tell them to get lost.

"We'll consider it," He said quickly, glaring at Violet.

"Our number is in the brochures," Monty Smith said, fiddling with his glasses. "It was a pleasure meeting you two." He winked at Violet, then the two of them left. This left Violet confused. She wondered why the salesman winked at her, and why they both looked so familiar.

"So what do you think?" Olaf said. "I think it would be nice to get away on the weekends sometimes."

"Get away from what?"

"From everyday life. It's got to sound good to you."

"The locations don't sound the most enjoyable. But I will admit it does sound nice." She did not mention that she would probably miss her siblings more if they went to Briny Beach, and Aunt Josephine if they went to Lake Lachromose. "Maybe we should think of some other spots to go to, too." Violet suggested.

"Good idea. Besides, what's the point of haveing money if you don't spend it?" Olaf said. Violet resisted the strong erdge to punch him.

"So were going on a vacation?" She asked. Esme was jumping up and down with Carmelita.

"Yeah, so go start packing." Violet, even though her first responce was to smack Olaf, started to do what he was saying. Then she turned in a full circle, slapping him, Esme, and Camelita. Esme was incredibly offended, but Olaf stopped her from hitting back. Carmelitta was to shocked to hit Violet, but she did yell 'Cakesniffer!' at Violet's retreating back.

What none of them knew was that their decision to buy some vacation houses would lead them on an adventure that started all with Violet Baudelaire and Beatrice Snicket.
