XD Wario seriously does crack me up. He's just gone from crappy rival to "WTF?!". He's like that really awkward guy that clearly doesn't realize it. I forgot if he ever wanted to get with Peach, but I'm pretty sure he's just given up on it and decided to take a lot of drugs. The consequence of this is, rather than doing anything productive with his life, he would rather play "minigames" with the random items he finds near his apartment. o_o' Kinda sad, actually.I really do like this picture, though. I love the freedom I get whenever I have to do someone whos ugly or odd. The more detail I seem to put into a work, the more ugly and realistic it gets. Now that can be good with some characters, but with others its kinda... well, unsettling. o_o' Even so, I wish Wario didn't have a moustache. Then I could put in some serious nosehair action.
I also like that WarioWare button he's got on his shirt.

This is good. Kinda creepy, but good. I'm glad to know I'm not the only one who sees him with his hair slicked back.
But... about the mustache. If you've ever looked at some of his pictures closely enough (usually ones where he's not exactly smiling) he mustache almost looks like it comes from his nose. So... you could say it may actually be nose hair.
