Zilla family group... i like to think they could exist as predator specie in some sort of fictional ecosystem, like the one depicted in the King Kong Movies, SKull island 2005 or in the new monsterverse... or they could some eggs could survive like in the Cartoon TV series after the event of the movie, and then settle in a remote island..
The big Zilla figure or Godzilla is the 1998 movie design...
This one is the small trensmasters figure, that i use for underwater pictures, has some changes in neck angle, elbows and tail position.
There is some fan statements about the actual name and biology of this monster... some believe that is Not Godzilla, so in this deviation a name it Zilla as some fans prefer to.

The little figures are in fixed position, nor articulations, came to me in a cookie package in those years were the movie was in theaters.
