no problem..we should be happy because in Vista there were some tweaks really more difficult to handle (TCP patch for instance for halfopen connections limit)in 7 MS decided to give a little helping hand for users

TCP is still a pain, it adds "test mode" to the desktop which I really dislike.

Yupp just try to download something from torrent or edonkey network and check your windows log for TCPIP limit error 4662 there are not such errors umm? thats because theres completely no limit in Win 7
