Special little comic I did for my Snails ask blog Ask-Glittershell: [link]A lot of love and twice as many layers went into my first real comic. I'm quite proud of it. The comic itself is narrated by Snails, and sorta preludes the blog and gives a bit of insight into what the blogs story is about.
I'll let the comic itself do the rest of the talking.

[Note]: Some people were mentioning this, it's not about dyslexia. He just really struggles with academics. The book is a visual gag etc.

Gender identity to be more specific, but that almost always comes with sexuality issues as well.

Transgender, actually. (Or transexual, I've noticed lots of people use transgender and transexual differently for the same thing. Some folks argue transgender is only for post-operation. I'm no expert though, simply an artist with a story.)
A transvestite is an individual who wears the opposite genders underwear for sexual gratification for themselves or others.
Both use the prefix 'trans' (meaning cross or other).
Both also involve crossdressing (usually).

Poor Snails. You have been added to the list of people who do trans-ponies right. I wish I could write them myself but due to my difficulty with understanding people (and in that vein, ponies), I don't want to risk offending anyone so I simply admire those who can do it right. Well done.
