ONLY CERTAIN BREEDS ARE OPEN FOR ANYONE TO MAKE.

-DOMESTIC
-GOVERNMENT
THE ILLEGAL/FIGHTING BREED IS ONLY OPEN TO CLOSE FRIENDS. THAT MEANS ANYONE LISTED ON MY FRONT PAGE PEOPLE. if i catch anyone making an illegal breed without permission they will be in deep doo-doo.

FAQ
"Are they free to make?"
Of course! As long as you read all the info and are sure to stay within the guidelines. I may have some point/paypal adopts in the future.
"Can they be any color?"
Yes. As explained in the reference they can really be any hue. although.. bright sparkle colors are UNACCEPTABLE. this is not a sparkle species. go make a scene dog or something if thats what you want. Earthy tones are the only thing acceptable.
"You said they have artistic markings, what falls into that category?"
Pretty much anything unique! They CANNOT have canine-like markings or anything of the sort. Stars, hearts, skulls, pictures etc are also unacceptable. Just be creative!
"Can i give mine accessories?"
No. The only acceptable accessories is some mark of ownership if they are owned. (etc tags, collars) No ipods, earrings, scarves, etc.
"Should I ask before making my own?"
You really dont HAVE to, but id really appreciate it if you did! Also, please post links of your lldosyd character! Im really interested in any that anyone makes <3

Sweetness! As you can tell, I'm very excited about this.
If it's not too much trouble, I was also curious if the Government breed could be used for military purposes, such as German Shepherds being used as Military Working Dogs? Also, is there like a specific world that these belong in or are they free to roam our own headworlds? I'm only asking because I was thinking of making a Government breed for a character of mine that works for a secretive branch of the military that deals with aliens (both friendly and non). If not, that's cool too.
Oh, I was also gonna ask what the intelligence level on a Syd is? Like smart dog level (poodle, shepherd, collie) or like dolphin or chimp level or anything in between? Also wondering about swimming abilities? If they can work for the military, I was thinking of one that was used by the Navy. So full of questions.

Government Syds are bred for that purpose! a lot of the time they serve as guards and/or working syds doing just about anything that their anatomy allows them to. Β As for intelligence level they'd be closer to dolphin than chimp, and their self awareness is at aΒ mirror self-recognition level ( en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mirror_tβ¦ ). They can understand advanced commands etc etc. Β
They derive from my headworld in which my Skotaks live: ex:Β Imith the Skotak . But they can be added to any headworld, I'm not picky!
as for swimming.. hmm. Β I can't say they would be very good swimmers, and would be virtually blind if submerged because of them needed to close their sensory pits. Β They could probably swim short distances, but nothing too extreme.Β

I am very openly intrigued by this particular piece. The structure of the head from a distance would seem almost impossible for your species to hold it up, but after looking closer and reading further, it fits marvelously. I give many kudos to you and how you have made something so complex work so easily. I would like to possibly draw one of these for practice in the future, with only permission, of course.Β
