Pacific Rim AU!Jack and Hiccup entering the rift together for a trial run whilst rigged up to parts of their body armour.
The rift: an intense and intimate mental bond that bleeds into the physical. You can hear, see and feel each other in your heads- you can feel their happiness, see all their fears, understand them.
Family, siblings and lovers make for the best and strongest Jaeger pilots. Because to pilot one it takes love, trust, understanding and determination.
