you can stick the rainbow anywhere. srry >.< I didn't do the rainbow that well, I should have made it go across like a normal rainbow but I did it diffrently.

I used Action Script 2.0, and I made the sun, clouds, rainbows...etc symbols, and I made them "movie clips" and "buttons" and for the button I typed in "on (press) {
startDrag ("");
}
on (release) {
stopDrag ();
}

in the "actions" section.
