How do I install The GIMP?
You will need to download both GTK+ Runtime Environment and The GIMP installers. Install GTK+ before installing The GIMP.
You should always install the GIMP with an account that has Administrator privileges, otherwise GIMP may not be able to load it's plug-ins.
