Description
Chromed brass, blue LED, copper wire and a cracked quartzbead which I got in a trade with ~Senrigan-Taki
I may go for something different, probably use some fiber optics
(I know this one is all crooked 
)I should start mentioning this, about 70% recycled material.

Etsy is not the place for LEDs, look around on Ebay, small ones like this you can
get ridiculously cheap with resistors included from China. You know how to solder right?

No problem, the thing about LEDs that makes them hard to use in anything small and wearable is that there needs to be a concealed switch and battery

Yeah, the wizard in the book, then movie trilogy lord of the rings. I used to make wizards out of sculpy then fry marbles to give them 'crystal' balls.
And I think it's crackled glass. Looks like fried marbles to me

Oh and if you want a screwdriver you need to find me a photo, I couldn't find anything decent enough to work from but I like the idea
Yeah, it was way too easy to drill out to be quartz, though who knows, maybe after they crackle it it gets softer

I think he does, haven't seen it in ages. I guess part of the thing is that I don't really think in terms of using tools since it's not habit as such.
Like at class I've saw and soldering capabilities, but I'm not used to it, so have trouble planning projects involving them.
