I really like Marionette with Shadow Bonnie because bunnyb133 's versions of them are adorable. In our fan-fiction, Marionette created Shadow Bonnie as kind of a little helper for him. But Shadow Bonnie is made entirely out of love, so he's really cute and sweet.
Toy Chica and Mike being together seems sort of like a crack pairing. But in Bunnyb133's fanfic we made together, Toy Chica is possessed by Mike's teenage girlfriend that was killed by Purple Guy. So yeah.
And there's also Purple Guy x Springtrap because Purple Guy just adores the Spring Bonnie suit. He loves using it, and commanding it around. And Springtrap always listens to him (until the day he kills him)

I hate it, but I think the reason most people like it is because a lot of people love Foxy the most, so they're like, "Oh, Chica is the female animatronic. They should be together!" Without even considering if they make a good pairing.
