1st off, an Author's note u can either skip or read if u wanna: So a lil fun story first. I haven't had a plan to design this one just yet but Kuro's breakdown of OV's 3th episode just motivated me soo much that I took a crack at this guy earlier. Not gonna lie, but when I was younger I didn't rly like Gravattack, not cuz there'd be something wrong with him but just cuz I didn't have a chance to see him in action (cuz we didn't have OV airing where I originate from) so all I could judge him off was his design me and my cousin saw on google images and... I didn't neither understand it nor like it. Cuz he just looked like a rock version of Cannonbolt. But when I actually learned english and watched the show years later I finally got what he was about and now he's a very well respected alien to me.

But without further ado, here's the official design of Ben's Galilean form: Gravattack

Again, I'mma split this comment in 3 sections, starting with: The BIOLOGY AND SOCIETY (since they're both interconnected)

Galieans are giant bipedal creatures that look as if they were living stone. But there's more than it meets the eye with these creatures (a reference that's actually kinda related to these guys but we'll touch on that later). They've got big, chunky bodies, with big, broad backs and long and powerful arms that just make them that much menacing despite them being very kind and gentle creatures. But this ks where all of this gets fun. Their bodies are constructed like planets. They've got a hard skeleton made out of molten metal (to support their unbelievable mass), and then a big amount of layers of skin that gets harder and harder by each layer. Tho they are "born" with just 2, they produce more powerful layers as they age.

But the reason why I used the word "born" like that, is because Galileans aren't actually born. The species doesn't have reproductive organs, thus there's only 1 biological sex. But that does not mean they are asexual. No. Galileans are born from the pure magma core of dead planets (the only ones recorded are from now destroyed planet Keplorr7). When planet dies it starts crumbling and overheating. The oceans dry out, the mountains crumble and all life is erased off of it. Then the core starts overheating untill eventually- it explodes. The core shatters on millions of little pieces throughout the vacum of space to forever rome the vacuum of space. Or so a person would imagine. As time passes, the broken core piece will create it's own gravitational pole, to which it will attract many small particles throughout the nebula untill it forms a silicone vessel, but instead of it being a cubic meter (or 35,3 cubic feet) small planet, it's organic compounds and raw magma core give it life. That is where a Galilean is born.

From then on, they will spend eons circling through different planet orbits, eating and collecting space dust that they melt inside themselves and use it as a building compound. As they start maturing, they'd grow appendages such as short legs and big arms that they can all fold to mimic an asteroid for easier way of orbiting AND to avoid any unwanted attention. But often times (as they grow a bit older) they'd intentionally either wonder off the orbit and use it's momentum for further galaxy exploration or even enter the atmosphere of planets they are orbiting.

Once on the planet, they'd eat more and more to get even bigger, only to then bury themselves halfway into the planet. The planets atmosphere then effects their organic silicone to produce all sorts of plants on their outer skin layers which helps their camouflage even more. One Galilean once even crashed on earth millions of years ago. And tho he was lost for thousands of years, it's supposedly been found in an ancient Japan, where the whole city was built on him before he has awoken. But instead of him destroying the people that inhabited his back (as many would imagine) he instead became their guardian. But ever since, he's never been seen again. Tho many believe he's still out there, it's highly possible that he just grew too big to be the part of the atmosphere (which is a common occurrence with Galileans). They'd flow out of the atmosphere back into the where they'd go find a new star to orbit. When they do, they'd curl into their planet form once more to well, essentially becoming a planet. They'd create their own atmosphere and even create new life. Tho they could uncurl to their normal state even once they becomw a planet, they are aware of the consequences of the catastrophies that may cause, so they choose not to.

Eventually, they too will die, making the story continue throughout the millennia long generations.

Galileans throughout all of their long lives collect knowlage, wisdoms and understanding of various culture, which make them very inteligent and great at diplomacy. They are solitary, almost cosmic creatures that believe in the balance and harmony of all life.

When it comes to the abilities they possess, they can control their own gravitational pole due to their exposed cores. They can increase or lower their gravity manually, but they can also create different gravitational pockets that they can manipulate from a further range. Tho their silicon bodies are very hard to destroy (especially once they mature), their biggest weaknesses are their exposed cores. If umbalanced, they can cause great pain to Galileans and even make them loose control of their silicone bodies. But if the core gets cracked (which would require an unbelievable amout of force), they don't just implode. In the easiest scenario they create a supernova explosion, but if that didn't sound awful, the breaking of their cores can create a black hole that will consume all in it's path.

And now on to the final part: THE DESIGN ITSELF:

Tho I understand his original OV design, I didn't want him to just be a planet with limbs. So I experimented for a bit. One of the main goals I had was to give him a neck. But as the story progressed, so did the design. The design was highly based off of the Tardigrades, since they both share constantly floating in their environment and the round shapes. Also, I was really inspired by Avatar's Lion turtles too. And as per usual, I played with shapes here and there, made his head smaller (controversial ik but) to make his body feel much bigger. Don't worry, his neck can fold into his body so that the small head can align with the whole body.
