Sincano meets Gwilin while climbing the Seven-Thousand Steps, with the latter engaged in bringing some supplies to the Greybeards in place of an aging Klimmek.

Obviously, Gwilin's cheerful antics straight up annoy Sincano, but for once he tries no to be a dick and lets the Bosmer travel with him. He'll discover he quite likes chatty little mers. ^^

With all the TES Shiptober entries going around, it really struck me the first prompt, "First Encounter", I've already made a bunch for my other characters, so expect them in the coming days.
