This came in late... I got called for yardwork. Here's the effect:---------------------------
Once Per Turn, you can target 1 Dragon-type monster you control, gain LP equal to half it's ATK or DEF (whichever is higher). During each player's end phase, you can special summon 1 Dragon-type monster from your GY that was destroyed by a card effect this turn, but it's effects are negated.
