Oh my goodness i have such a long name here... I had almost no room to put even that abbreviation for "YGO Custom Card" in the Title. Also, I got this out a day late... I blame the furniture moving causing me to forget. Here is the effect:

When this card is activated, Target 1 "Earthbound Immortal" in your GY; Special summon 1 "Earthbound Immortal Token" with the same ATK, DEF, type, Level, and attribute of the target. Once Per Turn, during your Main phase, you can add 1 "Earthbound Immortal" card from your GY to your hand. If this card leaves the field, target 1 "Earthbound Immortal" on the field or in the GY, gain LP equal to the target's ATK.

Yep.... while the last one was focused on helping you bring out the Earthbound Immortals, this one is based around you recovering them when lost. Summon a token of a defeated Immortal, recover dead immortals back to hand, and gin LP if it leaves the field, not much with this one.
