Almost all of the Dark Signers have gotten there Turbo Zone cards now.... here is the one for their leader, who never actually Turbo dueled. Here's the effect:

When this card is activated; your opponent may play 1 "Turbo Zone" Field Spell from their hand, deck, or GY. If there is a "Turbo Zone" card in your opponent's Field zone, this card is unaffected by other card effects. During each players standby phase, this card get's one Turbo Counter (Max: 12). However, if you have 4 or more Insect-type monster's in your GY, this card get's 2 Turbo Counters instead. You can remove any number of Turbo counters from this card to activate 1 of these effects.
4: Send 1 Insect-type monster from you Deck to the GY.
8: Change the battle position of all face-up attack position monsters.
10: Special Summon 2 "Spider Tokens" (Insect Type/EARTH/Level 1/ATK 100/DEF/100).

Yeah, I didn't really know what to do with this one... since Spiders aren't much of a deck. A few cards like having a few different Insects in the GY, so I gave it a low-cost Foolish to help with that. They also like having your opponent's monsters being in defense position, so the second effect can force them all there.... though the existence of Link monsters inherently nerfs the usefulness of that effect. And the third effect summons tokens, that have no restriction on them. Roman would probably sue those tokens as Tribute fodder for his earthbound Immortal, but most competitive players would likely use them instead as Link material, though Synchro works too.
