Hmm, not that often I do draw cards... how balanced do you think this card is? Here's the effect:

Banish 2 Xyz monsters in your graveyard with the same type and attribute but different ranks, Draw 2 cards.

I tried to make it seem like a decent and balanced +1, that can't be abused very easily. First up, you need two Xyz monsters in your graveyard to banish as a cost, so unless you are doing some Gale Dogra or Mega Monarch Zarborg shenanigans, it is VERY unlikely that you could pull this off turn one. Secondly the banished Xyz monsters have to have the same type and attribute but different Ranks, so most Rank whatever toolboxes won't be able to use this as all there Xyz monsters have the same Rank and (typically) different types or attributes.

Limiting this cards use to mostly decks that can utilize Rank-up-Magic, (and I guess any deck that can make Rank 4's because Utopia into Lightning is a thing). But ask yourself this... How many people would go through hoops and bounds that involve killing some of there good cards just to go +1 off of this? Instead this card (I imagine) would be more likely used as a recovery card, if you threw out your Xyz and Rank-up and they fail, this card can help you recover some card advantage and maybe make a comeback. That's how I imagined it being used........... even if I did just make it so that I could give someone in a one-shot of mine a "Pot of Greed" without actually giving him "Pot of Greed".
