My second artwork of the year. (The first one is an FA exclusive, sorry!)
An attempt to drawing a full profile of Peanut, a character from ' Rick Griffin's webcomic Housepets! as a playable character in the game Persona 3. I only did the headshots previously, so this is new territory for me.
This is a WIP, and for good reason. I can't draw clothing to save my life, and it's a very, very messy sketch, including erasing and drawing the same lines over and over again to get it looking right. But for a 3-hours work, I'm quite happy with it, even if it's not perfect.
One thing I'm still wondering: I still draw fanart even after I'm not actively reading the comic anymore. I guess Rick's characters are just that awesome.
I'll probably colour this one day.
Peanut Butter Sandwich and Housepets! belong to Rick Griffin.
Persona 3 belongs to Atlus and its regional publishers.

That's funny indeed, since when I stopped reading the comic I also stopped drawing the fan arts. But then again, I didn't really draw a lot of Housepets Fan Art in the first place lol. Actually I still have one Housepets drawing I never published, supposedly a Fan Comic, but... yeah, I don't think I'll ever finish that. I'll probably outline and upload it some day.

I know right? I guess I really have a soft spot for the characters, since they (and Rick) were the ones who introduced me to drawing in general. That's why I never take off the "fan-artist" status in my profile :3
