Super Smash Brothers comic number 30! Yay!
If you wonder why I never mention here who Snake is contacting, is because I have no idea who he is. I have tried to found him on Wikis, but it's really hard when you don't know who he is.XPAnyway, Enjoy.

The codec frequency is wrong. 140.85 goes to Colonel Campbell, not Otacon. That's suppose to be 141.12.
