How do i go about the lighten and screen steps on the render, i'm confused. I"m using photoshop cs4(64bit)

Ahm sorry, I mean the bright lines that are around Altair...
And I'm guessing that's Photoshop CS3, then. I can't find a program quite as powerful as that.

Actually I made this tutorial in CS2.
Oh those bright lights were made using C4D renders, or Fractal 3D renders, they're easy to find here on deviantart.
