And with all that smudging at the begging, you should have either used the Displace or Grunge feature.

Why is your outcome different then the last edited part of the tag at the bottom?
Anyway, I think the red c4d was too visible on the outcome. i t looks nice at the bottom of the tut though.

^CS4 does have smudge settings, i use CS4 and i smudge most of the time.
