meet my new character Vortex! ^^he is Jet the Hawks cousin and the complete opposite of him.
He wears o shocker around his neck because there are times when he tortures himself, the reason is because his past was quite dark.
He wanted to be just like Jet but instead, him and the other Babylon rouges treated him like garbage....
