Background
I've been working on and off on this since October 2013 and have finally gotten around to releasing it. I had seen a map of Earth before, but it only had pre-1.7 biomes and had many other problems, such as being incredibly bumpy and having tons of holes.
I didn't know what the hell category I should submit it in, but 3d Art makes the most sense I guess. dA should make a Minecraft map category. It has so much potential.
Information
The spawn point is in Sicily
I know the biomes aren't a 100% realistic, but I was designing it for a server I'm building and some of the biomes were changes for the server's needs. But overall, most of the biomes are how they should be.
If you have any suggestions, feel free to comment and I'll try to add them to the next release.

Yeah it was in there, but I just put it into the saves folder and it didn't work when I looked in the saved games it wasn't there.

The map is pretty big. I don't have the exact numbers(And I can't do it right now because worldpainter takes FOREVER to load) but to give you an idea, this is how big Alaska looks like on a map -> discountabortions.deviantart.c…
The mobs don't come with the world, they're generated when you enter it.

i just remember checking the world out one time; going east 13k-ish blocks from Germany to get to the Pacific Ocean. so my guess is around 29k length wise on the map.
