Description
A few days back asked me about designing characters....so I made this tip-torial. This is more or less my way to design gijinkas and OCs.Note that this is to help with designing a character's physical features...personality is something I don't think I can make a proper tutorial for.
I am not a professional so this is probably not the best way to go about making characters...but hopefully it helped someone!
Enjoy!

I searched "bad anatomy art" on google and most of the images that came up were either of Homestuck or Lion King fanart... WHAT DOES IT MEAN.

Woo hoo~ This'll really help. Thanks!
I had such a hard time designing clothes for my gijinkas because it honesty never occurred to me to use clothes from other cultures. Your art and suggestions are a big inspiration to me in that way. Once again, thank you!

Thanks you good sir. A problem I have with the characters I'm doing for a potential comic is that I have a hard time looking for different faces and such. This will help me greatly.

That's actually her Krokorok (sp) character, Rex, from her Nuzlocke White comic. He does make a lot of references to the Sniper, though.

That's a gijinka of one of her White Nuzlocke characters, It's meant to be a Krokorok.

I don't think it's possible to design a personality tutorial. The personality of a person's characters should really be thought up themselves, it just makes the OC more original.

Yes, but there are a variety of tips and techniques that are useful to help you decide. A tutorial would probably utilize those. For example, I wouldn't recommend a particular archetype to match a design. Instead, I'd recommend combining and separating elements from existing characters, journalling in that character's voice, looking over lists of personality traits, answering personal questions for that character...there's a lot of good ways to do it and many of them can make great characters.
