As long as theyre not asking for money to let us play this, theyre not hurting any copyright law.
The moment they ask for any money theyre not allowed to use anything that has todo with pokemon, nintendo or that slenderman thing.
Well just adding that Slenderman don't belong to them is enough, but slenderman doesn't really belong to anyone since its a tale told a long time ago, and noone really knows who started it since it doesnt have a definied history.

I've tried mapping with 4x4 trees and I thought even that was a horror.
I don't want to know how horrible it must've been for you! XD
And yeah, they turned out awesome in the end.
One thing though; the roots of the treetrunk are too few imo, it looks wobbly with only 3 visible "roots". Like it'd fall easily in a storm.
I think using the same "set-up" as your stumps, would work more nicely, with 4 or 6 roots visible instead of 3!
