This is another of my personal themed projects that has been a long time in the wait.

I'll talk a little about the process of which this was composed. The model was shot separately from the backdrop. I used an external flash as a fill light (cool light from the left side of the model) and the warm setting sun as the primary light (right side of model). Other than that, I pulled a good landscape photo from my logs with a stormy sky and worked a couple of methods to match the lighting on the model.

Once again, the title is derived from the Star-Spangled Banner...
