The Organ Mountains, NM - 5/28/2010The podium is set and the choir awaits. This particular rock was used by myself to stand on and take photos of the rocky mountain range this particular evening. I imagine it as a podium as a play on words with the name of the mountain range (the rock "needles" are similar to the pipes of a pipe organ) and because it was the highest point within several hundred yards.
