Lol I mean that your style really suits Amarant's grungy, intimidating persona plus the way you drew his claws looks like they've actually been blunted and scraped down when you look at the green metal scales on the middle 2 claws because of the angle.
Sorry if my comment wasn't helpful. Although Amarant is my fav character in the series, his nickname is a little too hard not to make fun of.

I got that part, but I think, partially, that there wasn't any credibility given to identifiers such as 'flaming'
