Description
This is the World Machine datafile I've been playing with, trying to get a "Himalaya" type output from the thing.It worked, though I'm not totally sure how.

Why "Sumida"? I remember _something_ around here named "River Sumida" and while trying to get a little river to form in this, I decided to name that river... Sumida.
