Hope it is help <3you can use on every programm <3
Here some tipps:
-When you draw the circle
just blur the half part.
-use a eraser
which erase hard.
- add some with smal sparkel
and the modus Overlay with a blue color
(every else color work too)
I would be happy to see some picture
where you use this tutorial Q vQ <33

Mein Programm ist natürlich mal wieder die volle Pleite :/
Ich kann es nicht benutzen denn ich habe kein Blur ._.
aber vielleicht finde ich ne andere Lösung..
