Hihi a Pixel version of my last drawing , I pretty much liked the drawing so I decided to make it as a pixel as well , it was so so much fun
Well I got lazy at the end so some things aren't animated very well, I'm sorry for it Hehe theoriginal drawing looks much better then the chibi pixel >o<
People ask me how I do my Pixels in Sai, well I use the binary tool aka pixel tool~
For animating I use Pse elements
Time: 5 hours

Time for the 2nd thing I wanted to announce, I was raising points from my commissions for a planned contest~
Maybe some of you remember my Poll of voting beside Kyori & Koeda (my oc's) I was pretty pretty surprised about the result it was nearly 50:50 each of them received 300 votes :iconwooowplz: hehe I wanted to look on it or the contest but I think I will let you all the choose :iconloveloveplz:

But if you dont, could you give me a link to something or someone that can teach me on how to draw pixel?
Because no matter how hard i try, I coulnt seem to find one that I can actually follow the instructions? XD

I really like the fact that you didn't just copy the other picture and pixeled it.
The animation is interesting as it has so many different layers with the fish, the hair, the blinking and the floating.
However I think your work could look a bit better if you decide to color the outlines so they match the overall lightness of the image. The colors are kind of muted and pastel-colored which is a big contrast to the dark outlines.
There are some other points I'd like to mention like the bubbles which could be a tad rounder because they look edgy on some spots aswell as one of the streaks ( the upper most one) which becomes longer during the animation.
In the end I just want to say that I really like your choice of colours and the voluminous hair.
