As examlpes I have drawn Tsutsukakushi from "Warawai Neko" & Madoka, anyway I hope you like it!
I didn't have written all stuff again, for detailed informations please look at part 1
I always use Marker/water-tool & ink-pen

The first drawing is a picture of Tsutsukakushi Tsukiko from the series Henneko, and the original artist is Kantoku. If this is going according to your logic, the artist you linked is also an 'art thief' since that's fanart of Tsukiko as well.Β

i think she might have referenced off of it, but she didnt "copy" it. the lines are skinnier. She didnt steal it. XD

in sai theres an option called "wet edge" and just click fringe
