I like the way you draw facial features, especially the eyes, which are very emotive. I also think it's very clever the way part of the fabric curls round slightly to the right to mimic the movement of her hair. Many people forget continuity like that. I think the addition of the blue is interesting, but could possibly afford to be a little lighter to match the serenity of the piece. You've also neglected shading a little, which makes the picture a bit flatter. Apart from that minor thing, it is a lovely and well-composed piece. I like the way she is off-centre, though I don't know whether this is intentional or just to allow space for her hair.
