Read my disclaimer at the bottom if you are offended. I don't condemn people who drink, but I don't think people should go get drunk all the time, either.I wanted to do another tutorial. I decided to keep with recent themes.

Well technicly you're aloude to start drinking at the age of five so long as you only have half a mesure, are with your parents and have had a full meal before hand
