Just getting a feel of how tall/short I want to draw this pair in the future. Nothing is set in stone yet, but I'm just doodling.

Sooo...Peridot is small now. Apparently many people have an issue with this height thing, but I find it a bit odd because I myself am only about 5 feet tall, so almost everyone seems like a giant to me (with many of my friends being between 5'8'' and 6'2''). Even that aside, I don't think conventional human courtship requirements/norms can be applied the same way to aliens/polymorphic-sentient-rocks who don't age and who's bodies are basically illusions.

Short blurb about me if y'all are curious; I used to be in cross country and always ran next to my 6'1'' teammate because Hummers and big trucks couldn't see me when I would run across driveways for our cross city workouts. Needless to say, I didn't even come up to her shoulders and we looked quite comical when we'd run side by side, but she kept me from getting hit by cars (+w+) (someone else did though earlier that year, hence my caution). I'm well into my 20's and still get offered the children's menu because of my height and appearance, so that's sort of funny too.
