Good design. Looks a tad too bright for my taste since he is the 'night evolution' but oh well. He has a lot of moon marks so that should be okay.
Ability wise.. welp. I dont think Umbreon has the movepool or the stats to capitalize on Clear Body.
As far as helpful abilities go, I would like Dark Aura (as in him 'spreading the night' and somewhat supporting other pokemon with Dark attacks) or something like Filter (driving home the point of him being a tank) or Frisk (scouting for items).
But. I always wanted Umbreon to be better than he is right now. To shine.
This guy even shines a lot more than OG Umbreon. :3

Just thought about it. If he looked less serious, Prankster would be deadly on a pokemon that has all the support moves and stats.
