This is pretty much exactly what I imagined Mega Glaceon would look like.
Like an ice princess.
And with Refridgerate.
Not really much to use it with, but there are Hyper Voice (Base Power 104 before STAB) and Hyper Beam (Base Power 195 before STAB). Which, with Glaceon's strongest stat being Special Attack and Ice being a decent offensive type, is really dangerous.
And Ice type Quick Attack is a thing too.
Very fitting design and ability. :3
