There's a beauty and the beast themed episode....and yeah, becuase ABC is owned by disney, they got away with the refrences. Anyway, it's nothing humiliating, but Gaston gets it pretty bad, depending on how you veiw it. (I'm trying not to say exactly what, if you wish to see that episode. It's still up on the main site.)

True sometimes I want to write a story where Gaston get's what coming to him, you ever hear the story of Nacrissa and Echo, I was thinking of using that for Gaston to fall in love with a mirror image of himself and waste away, death by vanity is what I would call it, poetic justice

Yea, Gaston has no capability to love or change. And he'd just freak and suicide. the Beast was able to change, he was upset about being transformed, but he was able to handle it until he could find someone who could love him.
