hahaha in windows it opens a window in wich you can bring up the task manager (in wich you can finish a program if it not respond, or to watch the memory and processor consumption etc) and you can lock the computer, log off, or shutdown!
In previous windows like 98 or Me, pressing two times ctrl alt supr, the computer was restarted
