Why can't you just be grateful that someone took the time to look at your work and add it to their Favorites? They don't owe you a comment; there's no requirements or obligations to viewing artwork on this website.Maybe that person just likes to collect good art to look at? Or, maybe that person is just a mindless "fave whore" drone. Either way, who cares? Be the bigger person

What really bugs me is when someone has one of those stupid buttons that says 'comment before you favorite', and they don't even reply to any of the comments. Don't demand people to comment on your picture then not even reply to them 
and actually, when ever I see one of those buttons, it makes me not to want to favorite the picture at all LOL let alone comment ...
besides a favorite says the same thing, especially if I can't come up with anything constructive to actually say

It just seems extremely arrogant to me (and this is coming from someone who's already pretty arrogant) to demand a comment when someone has already complimented you by faving. It's like, one compliment isn't enough for you? x'D

"fave whore" that's me..... I fave to much. Mainly so I can go back into my favorites later to look at art again without searching, but I keep forgetting to make folders, so they pile up in one folder.....

I totally agree with this stamp.
In fact, I wish I could fave and run more, but more often than not, I leave comments on the pictures I fave, out of fear of being flamed for fave and running.
When will people realize that faves say more than comments ever do?

But it doesn't help me improve when the only people who look at my art fave it. I came here for feedback so I could get better, and faves are not good for those purposes.
I also hate this one jerk who keeps faving EVERYTHING I upload without commenting on any of it. Surely after over 200 deviations, they would have something to say by now. But noooooooo. Ditto with the people who fave my entire gallery without commenting on a single deviation.
Oh well. I still like the effect you used for this stamp, with the different coloured texts slowly covering it up. ^^ It gets your point across nicely.

I'm happy for every favorite I get, comment or not.
My pet peeve is people who don't read the Artist's Comments. I asked for critiques on a coloring job I did. In the Artist's Comments I said at least 3 different times that the lineart was someone else's and that I was coloring it for a contest. It even had a watermark in the deviation from the original artist. But the two people who critiqued me talked about the lineart. >_<
