“As you can see, I’m a worm, but don’t let that freak you out. There’s nothing to be afraid of, unless of course you’re an apple. HA HA, just a little worm in the apple joke.”

“Anyway, my species are known as Bobbs. A close analog for you would be your worlds Velvet Worms, and just like them we can also shoot strands of sticky adhesive from theses little nubs near our mouths. Of course there are a few key difference we’re bigger, we’re sapient obviously, and we hop around on Kangaroo-like legs.”

“Did I say that right Kang-ga-roo? What’s a kangaroo by the way?, Oh never mind.”

“Any way much like the Rawwk we Bobbs are also a client race of the Taani. My planet of Lichen was discovered by them a little over two hundred years ago while my people were still using stone-tipped spears.”

“Normally the Taani don’t uplift species that are still in there stone age faze, but an impending meteor shower was about to condemn us to extinction, so I’m not complaining much. At least they didn’t introduce themselves as Gods.”

“We usually help the Taani on planetary missions, where we usually are deployed to explore the wide open spaces that are usually a hassle for the arboreal Taani. The large hops we take make transversing plains and grasslands a breeze.”
