Spidey-gal is certainly one of the most entertaining characters in the game, despite her small screen time. Then again, I DO love spiders, so I may just be overexcited for her. XD
I think that Ariados, Spinarak, Joltic and Galvantula are certainly no-brainers for our spider chef's team. They all come in shiny colours, as they all come closer to Muffet's purple motif.
Scolipede is one other choice that I felt I could have chosen something better for, like a legendary, for example. Alas, Muffet is the only character the lacks a legendary simple because of nothing fitting her, unlike the reasons for other characters. Still, Scolipede does at least fit the bill quite well, colour-wise and typing-wise. I sure hope it was JUST a bit more fitting for her. x)
And lastly, Mega Mawile is the Mega of choice here, and it sure is a fitting one. Muffet sure seems like she would fit with the legend of the Futakuchi-onna, based on her vengeful nature when her treats are not bought. Good reminder to stay away from monster ladies, everyone. XD

Love the team you chose for Muffet. I personally would have gone with Mega Beedrill Mainly then so it would be a full bug Type team. But each to their own. Great work!

I thought about it too, but as you can see here Mega Beedrill is already taken. And I don't particularly like repeating pokemon or their evolutions amongst trainers of collages like these. x)
(You can clearly see how much I struggled doing so with Asriel, Asgore and Toriel, just for the sake of a joke. XD)

Its the same for me, I try to avoid overlapping pokemon when making teams.
I like to bring back some of my favorite characters and give them more life and most of the time they all use the same pokemon XD
