A 30-minute I did, and the first time using the old NES palette! (though admittedly I picked a poor subject to use for the 8-bit palette as GLaDOS doesn't have a lot of colors.... whatever)Anyway, I love portal and GLaDOS makes it even better with her constant wisecracking.
GLaDOS and the Portal franchise are property of Valve.

well, there is a flash version of portal online, so probably something like that. Or maybe like mari0, that fangame mashup of mario and portal
