As old as the universe, she lurks out there in the nothing, darker and colder than space itself. She sits on her throne of hate waiting for the time when her children will be unleashed upon the warmth of life. She has had countless names given to her by countless civilizations, and over time she has seen them and their worlds turn to dust. To the hunters, she is the black warrior, and the hive mother. To the makers she is the thing that they feared the most. To the giants that preceeded them, she was their destruction. And now to the pitiful hairless mammals from making their way across space, she is their fate. She is hatred. She is malice. She is death. She is the Queen Mother.
