Julie was in a public park by herself. She was seeing the sights and enjoying nature. After a moment in the provided restrooms (surprisingly clean for once), she stood by the railing. The view of the ocean was incredible - until a hand clinched her hair and sudden pressure seared through her neck. Her view turned to nothing; sound ended; salt-water smells disappeared. Julie had been through a decapitation or three before, but who had done it? She turned rapidly and caught handfuls of air. She tried to pursue, but wobbled in her heels, and how could she follow her head-napper without her head? Julie panicked and waved, hoping someone saw something. Seconds turned to minutes. Her head had been stolen! It could have been anybody!

When someone finally saw poor, stumbling Julie, they thought the same thing - this could be anybody.
