Sabrina was almost ready to surprise her boyfriend tonight. She was dressed in her best lingerie and knew by text that he was almost home. The only thing left to complete the surprise was to turn herself into his dream fetish, a headless woman, even if it was only for tonight.

She booted up the pirated copy of a body mod program that usually costs thousands of dollars. Sabrina would have paid for it (they were both quite well off), but then her boyfriend would have seen the receipt and ruined her plan.

She finalized the settings and hit enter. The program deleted her head almost instantaneously. As Sabrina dealt with the shock of losing most of her senses, an error message popped up on her computer screen. Her stolen copy of the program had glitched, corrupting her head’s save file.

Sabrina felt her new neck with excitement, unaware of how permanent it would be. A few minutes passed before her slowed thoughts allowed her to remember to move to the living room for her boyfriend to see her when she walked in. She turned away from the desk and shambled a few steps before falling to her knees. Sabrina decided it would be easier to crawl the rest of the way.

Her surprise was perfect. Her boyfriend wasted no time in bringing her to their bedroom, where they stayed the night. He didn’t find out there was a problem with his girlfriend’s head until he saw the computer the next day.

It took a lot of effort to figure out how to tell Sabrina that her head was gone forever.
