EDIT: OKAY SO ... I kinda improvised the name haha but yeah alright. This morgul is again, more a mythological figure than a breathing character living in a pack, I think. The stringy bits are just longer more silky strips of fur, since I thought it added a more elegant emphasis that continued the markings, and it's cool to imagine how the fur would ripple as they move. The colour scheme and 'needle' markings were actually inspired by the Hoatzin! The character initially had a bundle of feathers in a small imitation of wings on their back but I ended up axing them 'cause I felt there was a bit too much going on... hopefully one of these designs wins, though good luck to everyone who entered :3
