This is by far my favorite position to see girls stuck in quicksand in. And I think you just took it to the next level. Next level down, if you know what I mean~.

Why that part is floating? Cammy got no fat to float, she's made of bones and muscles - and they are heavy! I guess there is a log hidden under the mud that supports her butt on the surface. But nothing supports her shoulders - and if her head disappears under the mud her floating ass won't help her to breath.
Somebody call a rescue helicopter to the scene! Urgently!

So, I'm guessing she got stuck in the mud and her legs deeply mired after several minutes of futile struggling. Β She then got the brilliant idea of leaning forward on her hands as leverage to pull her hopelessly stuck legs free only to get her arms stuck fast in the quicksand. Β And, after several more minutes of futile struggling, all four of her limbs got stuck even deeper and deeper until we now find her in her current position... Β is that about the way the storyline went?
Nice how her derriere is still just above the surface as she fights to keep her head up out of the ooze. Β Yeah, she certainly is in a lot of trouble. Β Nice job drawing the mud stretching and clinging to her butt cheeks and face.

I'm amazed how well you pulled off that kind of pose she had here! The way you did the mud making contact with her and making at bit darker i reminds me of the alice in quicksand kind of vibe and the mud splatter looks amazing here. Fantastic job making the mud look so good here and her expression is so fitting giving the situation shes in

Well I like drawing it a lot, one reason was because I realized I could try and beg for art of the characters I wanted to see in quicksand, or I could take the initiative and draw them in it myself <3

Just try it out, look up various anime scenes that did it and just kind of work from those as reference. And pick a character you want to draw for it, whether its your own or another ^^

Well the most I've been branching out is with the girls from Monster Musume, so if the character is part human, part dragon I'd probably give it a shot depending.
