...You know, when you find a spider? And then KILL IT DEAD?True story. Was innocently cooking my lunch, when I turn around, and right at FACE LEVEL(which if you're like me, is a bad, BAD, BAD place to find a spider) is one of those really itty-bitty spiders that you always find when they rappel down on a string of web.
And yes, spiders of any size will make me react this way. But these are the only types of spiders that I will proceed to SMOOSH with nothing but my hands. (anything bigger gets the privilege of outside help from a shoe, other blunt object, or bottle of 409 after I cower and scream a little.)
SO I SMOOSHED IT.

Haha Keep in mind though, these are like, the tiniest spiders EVER, like only barely as big as a lower case letter on this page. And sufficed to say, it's the only size I will kill with my hands, even then I have that irrational feeling of "OH GOD what if I miss and it climbs on me and *insert girlish scream*".

the worst place i ever found a spider was in the shower. it was as big as a quarter! i shrieked my head off and made my husband (who is really afraid of spiders) kill it. its just something about a big ass spider in the shower when you're standing there naked that hits you on a primal level.

Oh man, I can believe it! Luckily I haven't had any really bad encounters while in the shower, but I dread the day...
I think my most memorable incident was when I was on the phone with my hubby, and I leaned down to get something in the bathroom, I think something someone dropped. And as I'm bent over, I look up, and on the wall not even a foot away from my face, was this big spider. I actually screamed and ran out into the hall, gluing myself to the linen closet door, hyperventilating and whimpering like a baby...While my hubby's still on the phone.
