I took a good look at the now-old ref and I was like nah fam this thing is ugly as hell, so I decided to make a new one :]
Oh I didn't color the side views cause I was afraid to mess it up :T
LO AND BEHOLD, CAUSE SHINE NOW HAS NEW SHOES
I honestly never quite liked the old shoes, they were awkward to draw, at least for me, and after so long I've decided to change them, so Fs in the chat boys for them ugly ass shoes are gone u_u7

Oh and I changed her bio a little bit (a lot)

Personality
Shine is a kind-hearted, friendly, fun, agile girl, she's kind of a loner but she doesn't mind having a friend around. If you ask her for a favor she might complain little bit at first, (just a tired sounding grunt lol) but she has a witty sense of humor tho, whatever you are saying or happening in the moment she can say something funny out of it (joke or comeback (just like her dad uwu)). She regularly goes to a junkyard to practice/exercise, Shine's pretty acrobatic, she's able to do cartwheels, round offs and handstands.
Shine is quite picky when it comes to making friends, she doesn't like too laid back/carefree people, overly enthusiastic peeps, etc. They get on her nerves, but she'll try her best to hide it; she doesn't have that many friends, but she's ok with it.
[TL;DR]
Shine's a chill person with a witty side, friendly and a bit of a loner minding her own business, but she will always try to give a hand for someone in need, stand up for those who can't stand up for themselves and she'll go out of her way to make sure her closest friends and family are okay.

Design Details
HER BANGS ARE NOT LIKE AMY'S, they aren't pointing forward they're like to the side, but they aren't completely flat on her face.
Her hair (as you can see) is very short; her hairstyle is like a mix of Tangle's and Gadget's (Wolf guy from Forces).
Under her hoodie she has a black tank top, and like her shorts, it also has white stripes on both sides; those black things on her arms, sweatbands; the tips(?) of her fingers (gloves) are black.
Her tail it's a little bit longer compared to other hedgehogs.

Abilities Info
Shine has a pretty good grasp on electrokinesis, she's able to paralyze people using her hand as a taser (doing the peace/victory sign lol), electrify the terrain, manipulate the electricity around her and other stuff I guess, (her dad (Electro) has all of this abilities mastered and more) her irides glow when she uses her electrokinesis.
Her telekinesis needs A LOT of practice, she can bearly lift a toothpick agh. She's also able to do cartwheels, handstands and round offs.

Thanks to her ability clairsentience, Shine can feel other people's emotions; for her ability to work she needs to put her hand in some place in the person's body (preferebly forehead, back or hand), close her eyes and focus, she needs to conect with the person's psyche to feel what their emotions; after doing this she might feel really down, sad, gloomy, etc. But she can easily snap out of it, but if she felt someone with really negatives feelings she won't be able to get rid of them that easily, she'll need her mom (Lauryn) to cleanse her psyche from the outsider feeling; she rarely uses this ability.

She likes: Exercise, acro tricks, dance, kick boxing, her bed pff, cute/tech stuff, chao, hanging out in the junkyard, her family lives somewhere close to a junkyard and she tends to hang out there, sometimes she goes with her dad to find stuff he can repair and give a good use to.

Bonus:

-Her tail can move like a cat's tail (but not too much, since it's short compared to a cat one)
-Favourite food: Pizza/Milkshakes
-Favourite hot/cold beverage: Hot chocolate/Chaos soda
